BIMPE VI is now open for registration!

You can enter this year's BIMPE online, or you can send a paper application with your prints. Please note that artists on a very low budget or from countries where the rate of exchange makes the entry fee prohibitively expensive should contact us to discuss alternative arrangements before entering. All prospective entrants should review the terms and conditions before entering.

You Can Enter Online…

You can enter BIMPE VI online. There are 4 steps required to enter (we suggest that you bookmark this page before beginning the application process):

1. Create an account

In this step, we collect your contact information and confirm your email address so that we're able to contact you if necessary and so that we can return your prints to you. We will never share your email address or contact information.

2. Fill out the online application form

Once you've completed the registration process, we'll collect information about your prints and about your preferences for paying the entry fee and for receiving payment if any of your prints are sold in the exhibit.

3. Pay the entry fee using Paypal (optional)

After we've recorded your contact and print information, you can optionally choose to pay us via Paypal (you don't have to use Paypal for the entry fee, but you must pay to enter; please see the print and mailing label forms for details [pdf]).

4. Send us your prints

Finally, we need you to send us your prints! Please note:

  • Every print must be labeled!
  • You must include a return mailing label!
  • You must mark your package "Printed matter only–no commercial value"!

Or You Can Use the Paper Application…

The paper application is now available for download. There are three steps to entering with the paper application:

1. Complete the forms

Please complete all fields in the application form legibly. It is especially important that your email and mailing addresses are correct and easy for us to read.

2. Pay the entry fee using Paypal (optional)

You can optionally choose to pay us via Paypal (you don't have to use Paypal for the entry fee, but you must pay to enter; please see the application forms for more details).

3. Send us your prints

Finally, we need you to send us your prints! Please note:

  • Every print must be labeled!
  • You must include a return mailing label!
  • You must mark your package "Printed matter only–no commercial value"!
